This is related to a lawsuit settlement regarding Bayer Heart Advantage Class or the Bayer

You are eligible for financial compensation
if you fulfill the following specifications. Take note that only combination
aspirin products bought in the United States and are used for household and
personal uses are eligible to recover money.
- You must have bought the product in the United States
- For Bayer® Women’s Low-Dose Aspirin plus Calcium, the product must be bought between January 1, 2000 and July 20, 2012.
- For Bayer® Aspirin With Heart Advantage, the product must be bought between January 1, 2008 and July 20, 2012.
- You must provide a proof of purchase and sworn statement.
- In the absence of a proof of purchase, you may have a sworn statement only.
Take note that the two settlement class is
different. Bayer Heart Advantage Class if for Bayer® Aspirin with Heart Advantage and Bayer Women’s class
is for Bayer® Women’s Low-Dose Aspirin plus Calcium. If you bought the two
products in the given timeline, then you are eligible to participate in the two
settlement class. Percentage of funds allocation is 40% for Bayer Heart Advantage Class and 60% for Bayer Women’s Class.
Filing a Claim For Bayer Combination Aspirin Products Litigation Settlement
The following dates are must be considered in
filing for a claim. The given dates have corresponding text relevant to case.
- April 29, 2013 - A Claim Form must already be postmarked or Filed online.
- December 20, 2012 - An Exclusion must be postmarked on or before this date.
- February 5, 2013 - An Objection must be postmarked or delivered to the court no later than this date.
- March 13, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. - The Final Fairness Hearing will be held.
Please take note that these lawsuits and
settlement cases does not include the products Bayer® Women’s Low Dose Aspirin (with a
calcium carbonate buffer) and Bayer® Heart Health Advantage. You must hurry in
